Abstract

The AOD (Adapt, Optimize, Deliver) model is a revolutionary approach to cloud adoption strategy, offering a seamless way to migrate data centers and on-prem resources to the cloud. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the AOD model, highlighting its key components and emphasizing the advantages of adopting this model.

Ernesto Couso, Cloud Beaker, LLC Northcentral University Phd Candidate

With over 20 years of experience in IT, I am a passionate and innovative leader who drives strategic development, management, and deployment of IT resources for various organizations.

As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Cloud Beaker, I oversee the delivery of cloud services, IT operations, and HIPAA compliance for clients in the healthcare, education, and finance sectors. I also leverage my PhD in Technology and Innovation Management to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the company.

Previously, I was the Director of IT Operations for FCE Benefit Administrators, where I led the project to achieve the HITRUST Certification for the company and migrated 100% of resources to the cloud (GCP). I also reduced IT operational costs up to 40% per year, increased helpdesk and tech support productivity by 75%, and implemented governance and cost saving policies.

My core competencies include networking, IT operations, information technology, cloud governance, VOIP, and server virtualization. I am motivated by the mission of delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable IT solutions that enable organizations to achieve their goals and transform their operations.

I try bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in Spanish and English, and have published articles on cloud architectures and cybersecurity. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices that can enhance my performance and the value I bring to the company.
